We are looking for our next SuperHERO / Operations Engineer (f/m/d) to complete our team in Vienna.

Job Profile

• Investigate and understand root causes for issues of the product development
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development, and implementation.
• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Support the start-up and integration of new operations projects.
• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3+ years of professional experience and two years in a similar position.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Shell, etc.).
• Safe with monitoring tools for Cloud & Applications.
• Experience with Cloud-based infrastructure (GCP, AWS, etc.)
• Adept at quality control and well-organized, with independent working methods.
